The IEEE Communications Society Kenya Chapter shall at the Annual General Meeting celebrates the achievements of its members in local Chapter activities through the ComSoc Kenya Chapter and Individual Achievement Awards.

IEEE Communications Society recognizes the outstanding achievements of its Chapters through two annual awards, the Chapter Achievement Award, Chapter of the Year Award, and the Membership and Global Activities Contribution Award. The CAA and the COY are given to Chapters that provide their members with the highest quality of service in the areas of technical activities, public relations, educational services, membership development, job placement support, and services geared toward Student members. The MGACA is given when the Chapter increases their membership.
